The present invention relates to a tablet manufacturing method using a black garlic composition. The method includes: a first step of primarily mixing garlic powder with black garlic powder, pine needle powder, crystalline cellulose, whey calcium, and calcium carboxymethylcellulose a second step of performing secondary mixing by adding magnesium stearate to the mixture obtained in the first step a third step of performing compression forming on the mixed composition obtained in the second step by using a tablet machine and turning it into a water-soluble pill (or tablet) and a fourth step of producing a black garlic composition-based tablet by coating the compression-formed tablet with a coating solution containing hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) and glycerin fatty acid ester and further includes a fifth step of performing product quality inspection and packaging on the black garlic composition-based tablet produced in the fourth step. According to the present invention, the black garlic tablet can be produced that is capable of performing antioxidant improvement and platelet agglutination capacity reduction. The present invention can be carried around and taken in by users anytime and anywhere, and thus their preference for it can be increased.
