The present invention relates to a waist protecting belt. A body is equipped between inner and outer silicone external skins (100) so that a net-shaped synthetic fiber (200) is integrally inserted and tension is reduced. The top of the body constitutes a waist contact unit (10) based on a cut part (30) produced by cutting a particular length on a plate surface thereof. The bottom thereof constitutes a hip supporting unit (20). A plurality of magnets (11) are equipped in both sides of the waist contact unit (10). A connecting unit (40) connected with the waist contact unit (10) and hip supporting unit (20) in both ends of the cut part (30) is horizontally extended in a particular width and in a particular length. A fixing unit (50) is equipped in an extended end of the connecting unit (40) so that ends can be coupled with each other.
