PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hydrogel that suitably attaches to a surface of a living body by maintaining adhesion even when a water content is decreased and that is released without giving a stimulus on skin by maintaining flexibility.SOLUTION: The adhesive gel containing polyhydric alcohol and water in a matrix of a hydrophilic polymer and an acrylamide-based polymer is provided. The polyhydric alcohol and the water and the hydrophilic polymer and the acrylamide-based polymer plasticized by the polyhydric alcohol and the water exhibit wet adhesion when water is contained, and the adhesion is maintained due to wettability of the polyhydric alcohol and intermolecular interaction of the acrylamide-based polymer even when drying. In the adhesive gel, the hydrophilic polymer preferably includes polyvinyl alcohol, especially ether-modified polyvinyl alcohol, and the acrylamide-based polymer preferably includes an N-vinyl acetamide-sodium acrylate copolymer.COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT【課題】含水量が低下した場合にも、粘着性を維持して生体表面に好適に貼付でき、かつ柔軟性を維持して皮膚に刺激を与えることなく剥離できるハイドロゲルの提供。【解決手段】親水性高分子とアクリルアミド系高分子のマトリクス中に多価アルコールと水を含有してなる粘着性ゲルを提供する。含水時には、多価アルコール及び水とこれらによって可塑化された親水性高分子及びアクリルアミド系高分子が濡れ粘着性を発揮し、乾燥時においても、多価アルコールの濡れ性とアクリルアミド系高分子の分子間相互作用性によって粘着性が維持される。この粘着性ゲルにおいて、前記親水性高分子は、ポリビニルアルコール、特にエーテル変性ポリビニルアルコールを含むことが好ましく、前記アクリルアミド系高分子は、N-ビニルアセトアミド-アクリル酸ナトリウム共重合体を含むことが好ましい。【選択図】なし
