PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biosignal processing device having simple configuration and configured to detect an electrically connected state between a measured region on a surface of a living body and an electrode even during acquisition of an output signal, and to provide an electroencephalograph and a biosignal processing method.SOLUTION: The biosignal processing device includes a signal acquisition section and a determination section. The signal acquisition section acquires an output signal of the electrode fixed on the surface of the living body.
