PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil cutting working machine with a simple structure, which can safely conduct a peeling work of radioactive contaminated soil by stable soil cutting while reducing the rise of dirt and suppressing the scattering of toxic substances being mixed.SOLUTION: A soil cutting working machine includes a frame structure (2), a cutting blade (4) for soil cutting, which extends in a belt shape in a machine body width direction, and a gauge wheel (3) for adjustably supporting a cutting height position of the cutting blade (4), and is configured to be mountable on a rear part of a tractor (T). The cutting blade (4) is integrally fixed to the frame structure (2) at a rear position of the gauge wheel (3). By providing a weight member (W) for load in a rear upper part position than the cutting blade (4), floating of a machine body is suppressed, and stable soil surface cutting is possible with the fixed blade.
