Provided is a drill for a dental implant capable of minimizing friction heat caused in a drilling process of forming a hole by cutting the alveolar bone and smoothly introducing cooling water into a drill and the alveolar bone at low pressure. The drill for the dental implant comprises: a coupling unit providing rotary power and connected with a handpiece； a body unit disposed under the coupling unit and transmitting the rotary power to the lower side； a cutting unit having a plurality of cutting blades disposed under the body unit to form a hole by cutting the alveolar bone and separated at regular angles along the rotation direction, and a void section surrounded along at least a part of the inner circumference of the cutting blades； and a path connected with the void section by penetrating the coupling unit and the body unit and supplying cooling water to the void section to make the cooling water flow into the cutting blades.치과 임플란트용 드릴이 제공된다. 상기 치과 임플란트용 드릴은 회전력을 제공하는 핸드피스와 연결되는 결합부와, 상기 결합부의 하부에 배치되며 상기 회전력을 하방으로 전달하는 바디부와, 치조골을 절삭하여 홀을 형성하도록 상기 바디부의 하부에 배치됨과 아울러서 회전 방향을 따라 일정 각도로 이격되는 복수의 커팅날들을 구비하고, 상기 커팅날들 내측 둘레의 적어도 일부를 따라 둘러싸이는 보이드부(void section)를 갖는 절삭부를 포함하고, 상기 결합부와 상기 바디부를 관통하여 상기 보이드부와 연결되며, 상기 치조골의 절삭시, 상기 커팅날들에 상기 냉각수를 유입하도록 상기 보이드부로 냉각수를 공급하는 통로를 구비한다.
