The present invention relates to a medical chair with a chin rest and, more specifically, to a medical chair with a chin rest in which a horizontal frame unit is located in front of an abdomen of a medical examiner(doctor) seated on a seating area to treat a patient, a chest protector is installed at a central upper part of the horizontal frame unit, a chin rest is installed at an upper part of the chest protector to be movable in all directions and be controllable by a flexible post, a chin rest which can be rotated and moved in a straight line is installed at both sides of the horizontal frame unit at the lower portion of the chest protector, thereby supporting an upper body of the medical examiner who seats for a long time to treat the patient to prevent neck strain and shoulder strain. The horizontal frame unit (7) of an installation frame (5) installed at the chair is horizontally installed at the position corresponding to an abdomen of a seater seating on the seating area (4).
