A kit (1) for the implantation of a prosthetic vascular conduit (40) including: a prosthetic vascular conduit (40) for coupling to a prosthetic valve (V) having a terminal collar member (42) which includes a cuff (420) which is radially contractible to engage the annular portion (SR) of the valve (V) to couple the valve (V) to the conduit (40), a holder device (2) including a receiving portion (28) configured for housing a prosthetic valve (V), wherein said prosthetic vascular conduit (40) is fitted on said holder device (2) so that at least a portion (44； 46) of the conduit (40) adjacent to the cuff (420) wraps said receiving portion (28) of the hub (12), a sleeve member (48) onto which the cuff (420) is wrapped, wherein the sleeve member (48) is slidable away from said hub (12) to unwrap the cuff (420).L'invention se rapporte à un kit (1) pour l'implantation d'un conduit vasculaire prothétique (40) comprenant : un conduit vasculaire prothétique (40) pour le raccordement à une valve prothétique (V) ayant un élément de collier terminal (42) qui comprend un brassard (420) qui peut se contracter radialement pour s'enclencher dans la partie annulaire (SR) de la valve (V) pour raccorder la valve (V) au conduit (40), un dispositif de support (2) comprenant une partie réceptrice (28) configurée pour loger une valve prothétique (V), ledit conduit prothétique vasculaire (40) étant monté sur ledit dispositif de support (2) de sorte qu'au moins une partie (44； 46) du conduit (40) adjacente au brassard (420) entoure ladite partie réceptrice (28) du raccord (12), un élément de type manchon (48) sur lequel est enroulé le brassard (420), l'élément de type manchon (48) pouvant coulisser hors dudit raccord (12) pour découvrir le brassard (420).
