PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser treatment apparatus whose laser handpiece is properly held in the air even when the laser handpiece is released.SOLUTION: The apparatus comprises: a laser oscillator (13) light guide means (30) which guides laser light emitted from the laser oscillator a laser handpiece (40) which emits the laser light guided by the light guide means and holding means (20) which holds the light guide means.
