To provide an absorbent article excellent in wearing feeling even when absorbing a discharged fluid such as urine, being thin, and comprising preferable fitting property.SOLUTION: There is provided an absorbent article comprising: a surface sheet 2 forming a skin facing surface； a rear surface sheet 3 forming a non-skin facing surface； and an absorber 4 arranged between both sheets 2, 3. The absorber 4 comprises a base material sheet 20 and an absorbent core 14 formed on one surface of the base material sheet 20. The absorbent core 14 comprises a water absorptive resin 43 and a water soluble polymer 47 for fixing the water absorptive resin 43 to the base material sheet 20. The water absorptive resin 43 includes a low crosslinking resin 45 having a non-crosslinking part on which there is no crosslink, on a surface, has water absorption speed (JIS K 7224(1996)) which is 25 seconds or less, and has volume increase ratio in artificial urine absorption time measured by a prescribed method which is 16.5 times or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】薄型でフィット性が良好であり、尿等の排泄液を吸収しても装着感に優れる吸収性物品を提供すること。【解決手段】肌対向面を形成する表面シート２、非肌対向面を形成する裏面シート３、及びこれら両シート２，３間に介在された吸収体４を具備する吸収性物品である。吸収体４は、基材シート２０と、該基材シート２０の片面に形成された吸収性コア１４とを備えている。吸収性コア１４は、吸水性樹脂４３と、該吸水性樹脂４３を基材シート２０に固定する水溶性高分子４７とを含んでいる。吸水性樹脂４３は、架橋されていない非架橋部を表面に有する低架橋樹脂４５を含んでおり、吸水速度〔ＪＩＳ Ｋ ７２２４（１９９６）〕が２５秒以下であり、所定の方法により測定される人工尿吸収時の体積増加率が１６．５倍以下である。【選択図】図３
