The present invention relates to novel radiotracers of formula (III): said compounds of formula (III) being capable of being obtained from new complexing agents of formula (II), themselves capable of being obtained from new precursors of formula (I), as well as their methods of preparation. The invention also relates to a kit that can be used in a hospital environment. Finally, the invention relates to compounds of formula (III) for their use as a diagnostic radiotracer, and more particularly for their use as a non-targeting radiotracer for medical imaging or as an integrated targeting radiotracer, as well as their use as a medicament, and more particularly for targeted radiotherapeutic treatments using bifunctional chelating agents.La présente invention est relative à de nouveaux radiotraceurs de formule (III) : lesdits composés de formule (III) étant susceptibles d'être obtenus à partir de nouveaux agents complexants de formule (II), eux-mêmes susceptibles d'être obtenus à partir de nouveaux précurseurs de formule (I), ainsi que leurs procédés de préparation. L'invention concerne également un kit susceptible d'être utilisé en milieu hospitalier. Enfin, l'invention vise des composés de formule (III) pour leur utilisation comme radiotraceur diagnostique, et plus particulièrement pour leur utilisation comme radiotraceur non-ciblant pour l'imagerie médicale ou comme radiotraceur ciblant intégré, ainsi que leur utilisation comme médicament, et plus particulièrement pour des traitements radio-thérapeutiques ciblés utilisant des agents chélatants bifonctionnels.
