Disclosed are a stent loading device having a double lumen sheath structure and a stent loading method thereof. The stent loading device having the double lumen sheath structure comprises: an inner sheath having a moving passage for a guide wire inserted into a catheter an outer sheath having, on a front end unit facing the catheter, a taper unit whose diameter tapers toward a tip end of the front end unit while the inner sheath is inserted to be movable along the guide wire； a stent loaded in a compression space formed by the difference in the diameter between the inner sheath and the outer sheath； and a push member inserted into the compression space to push the stent so that the stent can be loaded to the catheter while being pressed by the taper unit.이중 내강 시스 구조를 갖는 스텐트 로딩 장치 및 이의 스텐트 로딩 방법이 개시된다. 이중 내강 시스 구조를 갖는 스텐트 로딩 장치는 카테타에 삽입되는 가이드 와이어의 이동통로가 형성되는 내부 시스, 상기 내부 시스가 상기 가이드 와이어를 따라 이동 가능하게 삽입되고, 상기 카테타와 마주하는 선단부에 상기 선단부의 끝단으로 갈수록 직경이 축소되는 테이퍼부가 형성되는 외부 시스, 상기 내부 시스와 상기 외부 시스의 직경 차에 의해 형성되는 압축 공간에 적재되는 스텐트 및 상기 스텐트가 상기 테이퍼부에 의해 가압되면서 상기 카테타에 로딩될 수 있도록 상기 압축 공간에 삽입되어 상기 스텐트를 밀어주는 푸시 부재를 포함한다.
