PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contrast radiography method of a computer tomographic imaging system capable of effectively reducing operational difficulty of a computer tomographic imaging system by automatically selecting a complicated contrast parameter set by an easily understandable view operation.SOLUTION: A contrast radiography method of a computer tomographic imaging system includes a step S12 for controlling a computer tomographic imaging system so as to receive a view operation and set view data, a step S14 for selecting a matching contrast parameter set from a plurality of contrast parameter sets corresponding to different template data respectively, and a step S16 for controlling the computer tomographic imaging system so as to acquire three-dimensional contrast data by executing a three-dimensional contrast operation based on the selected contrast parameter set.
