Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine pharmazeutische Formulierung, die erfindungsgemäß Hypericin oder ein Hypericinderivat gelöst in einem Alkohol, ggf. basisches Salz, insbesondere Natriumsalz, sowie einen Lösungsvermittler enthält. Die Formulierung ist wasserfrei. Die Erfindung stellt Hypericin stabil in Lösung zur Verfügung und ermöglicht die Herstellung einer wässrigen Infusionslösung, mittels der Hypericin intravenös in gelöster Form administriert werden kann. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zur Herstellung der pharmazeutischen Formulierung und eine Infusionslösung, umfassend die pharmazeutische Formulierung.The invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation containing hypericin or a hypericin derivative according to the invention dissolved in an alcohol, optionally basic salt, in particular sodium salt, and a solubilizer.
