To provide an endoscope washing device having a wire brush which is hard to foul within the device and capable of moving the wire brush forward or backward within an endoscope.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a device which cleans the inside of an endoscope by inserting a wire brush into the endoscope, supported within a washing tank, and moving the wire brush forward or backward while feeding a washing liquid. The device includes: a case 31； a pair of forward/backward movement rollers 33, each of which rotates in an opposite direction to move the wire brush forward or backward； and a brush guide hole 31c which is provided on the case 31, and through which is inserted the wire brush fed from a contact 33c between the pair of forward/backward movement rollers 33 to guide the wire brush. A taper surface portion 31p is provided on a forward/backward roller 33 side of an insertion opening 31m of the brush guide 31c, which taper surface portion widens toward the forward/backward roller 33 side.
