The present invention relates to a temperature-sensitive anti-adhesion composition on the basis of human body tissue. More specifically, the present invention relates to a human body tissue-based temperature-sensitive anti-adhesion composition produced by physically mixing particle acellular derma, hyaluronic acid, and temperature-sensitive polymers, and to a method for producing the same. The human body tissue-based temperature-sensitive anti-adhesion composition according to the present invention contains particle acellular derma tissue as a main component, wherein the particle acellular derma tissue is mixed with human body-derived polymers such as hyaluronic acid and temperature-sensitive polymers having biocompatibility. The composition shows excellent biocompatibility, in vivo continuance, tissue attaching properties, and biodegradable properties, and thereby ultimately shows an excellent effect in preventing adhesion. The composition of the present invention is phase-changed to a gel state from a sol state by means of a body temperature, and can be stably coated in tissue. Accordingly, the composition can be conveniently used. Also, after being fed in vivo as a liquid, the composition is maintained in a gel phase, so a physical barrier having thin particle acellular derma tissue is formed and adhesion of a wound part can be effectively controlled. Moreover, according to the present invention, an injection-formulation human body tissue-based anti-adhesion composition can be provided to be suitable for a celoscope operation or a minimum invasion technique which is a recent operation tendency. Also, particle acellular derma tissue and bio-derived or biocompatible polymers are used as a main component, so inflammation, repulsion, or immunoreactions are maximally controlled in vivo.
