PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus capable of finely adjusting a treatment tool raising stand up and down as well as right and left by a single structure, becoming in operation and enabling more complicated procedure.SOLUTION: In the endoscope apparatus having the endoscope insertion part inserted into the body cavity and constituted so that a treatment tool insertion channel permitting an endoscope treatment tool to insert is formed over the range from the tip of the endoscope insertion part to an endoscope operation part and the treatment tool raising stand 45, which controls the lead-out direction of the treatment tool guided from the treatment tool insertion channel, is arranged to the tip hard part constituting the tip of the endoscope insertion part, the treatment tool raising stand 45 has the base end part 59 supported on the tip hard part and the treatment tool guide piece 61 extending from the base end part 59 and abutting on the treatment tool to alter the lead-out direction of the treatment tool and a pair of operation wires 43 are connected to both sides of the treatment tool guide piece 61 on the tip side opposite to the base end part 59 of the treatment tool guide piece.
