A fabric which contains X-ray-detectable materials and is highly sensitive in detection with an X-ray detector and an adhesive plaster for X-ray detection which employs the fabric containing X-ray-detectable materials. Even when the fabric is used as, e.g., the absorbent pad of an adhesive plaster, it does not impair the stretchability of the adhesive plaster. Also provided is a process for producing the adhesive plaster for X-ray detection using the fabric containing X-ray-detectable materials. The adhesive plaster for X-ray detection comprises: a pressure-sensitive adhesive protective member comprising a base and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and an absorbent pad disposed in a given position on the pressure-sensitive adhesive protective member. The absorbent pad is constituted of an X-ray-detectable-material-containing fabric which comprises a fabric and X-ray-detectable materials wholly or partially covered with a covering material, the X-ray-detectable materials being disposed in the fabric at given intervals.
