Composition for external use containing stable benzamide compounds obtained by controlling pH of the composition, and method for stabilizing the benzamide compounds
Provided is a method for stabilizing benzamide compounds to manufacture skin medicines for external use, including the benzamide compounds as an active ingredient without any structure changes. A composition of skin medicines for external use has pH of 5 or less. Benzamide compounds of which a substituted group is not decomposed exists within the composition. The benzamide compounds are selected from the group consisting of 3,5-dihydroxy-N-(4-hydroxyphenyl)benzamide, N-Phenylbenzamide, t-butylbenzamido hydroxybenzamide, 2-hydroxy-N-phenylbenzamide, and t-butylbenzamido methylhydroxybenzamide.본 발명은 안정화된 벤즈아미드(benzamide) 화합물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 피부 외용제 조성물 및 그 벤즈아미드 화합물 안정화 방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는, 조성물의 pH 범위를 pH 5 이하로 조절함으로써 벤즈아미드(benzamide) 화합물이 조성물 내에서 안정하게 존재하는 피부 외용제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물 내에서는 유효성분인 벤즈아미드(benzamide) 화합물이 모두 수소화(protonation) 되어 있어 반응성이 떨어져 구조적으로 안정성이 극대화된다.
