The needle tube (3) has a piercing tube (32) in which the discharge port is formed, a main needle tube (31) thicker than the piercing tube (32), and a reinforcing tube (33) for reinforcing the main needle tube (31). The piercing tube (32) provided to the tip portion of the main needle tube (31) satisfies the dimensional conditions of a length less than 7.0 mm (not including zero), an outer diameter equal to or less than 70 &mum (not including zero), and an inner diameter equal to or less than 40 &mum (not including zero).
