The manufacturing method comprises: a raw material preparing and cleaning step (S1) of preparing raw materials respectively including seaweeds, herbs, natural calcium, and spirulina, and cleaning the same； a raw material drying step (S2) of drying each of the prepared raw materials at 75°C for 48-72 hours； a raw material grinding step (S3) of grinding each of the dried raw materials and sorting the same by filtering particles with a 400 mesh sieve； a raw material mixing step (S4) of mixing the ground raw materials； a first aging step (S5) of aging the mixed raw materials at 0-14°Cfor 24-48 hours； a second aging step (S6) of aging the firstly aged mixed raw materials at 15-25°Cfor 12-24 hours； and a packing and storing step (S7) of packing the secondly aged powder and storing the same at room temperature.
