The utility model "Combined soil-cultivating machine for mulching and covering plant and afterharvesting residues", which comprises a frame with alternately mounted thereon units of rotary plant residues mulchers, disk sections, supporting working wheels, two rows of chisel center hoes and chisel blades, transport wheels, working wheels, a star-wheeled roller and a rake roller. Working elements are disposed in different horizons. At first rotary mulchers of plant residues are mounted. The blades of the mulchers are shaped as rectangular replacement plates with the double-sided sharpening of the working edges. The blades are mounted on a rotor boom in such a manner as to allow free rotation thereof around a fixing axle arranged vertically. The rotor boom is fixed to a drive hydraulic motor through a shaft and a bearing assembly. A shredding rotor with blades is closed with a protecting case, to which shearing knives are attached. A series of chamomile-type disks is mounted next. Each of said disks is fixed in a separate spring-loaded support, which allows the disks to deviate from the soil cutting plane for a stroke of pressing the spring. The disks are mounted at a distance from each other to reduce the plugging at work on waterlogged soils. The third unit is comprised by the two rows of chisel center hoes with a spring mechanism for overload protection. Said hoes provide additional soil loosening and undermining roots of the plants of the horizon lower than the horizon of passing of the discs. The fourth block comprises the two rows of chisel blades, which are directed on cultivating the lower soil horizon. In the back part of the unit the star-wheeled roller and the rake roller are mounted.
