Use of a globin and/or globin protomer and/or a native hemoglobin, naturally extra cellular, invertebrate animal comprising phylum Annelida, belonging to marine worms comprising Arenicola marina, at a concentration of 0.625-100 mg/ml, preferably 1.25 mg/ml, in combination with organ preservative solution, or a cell culture medium, for constituting a composition for organ, tissue or cells of organs or tissue preservation, for perfusion of organ or tissues, or for the culture of organ cells or tissues, is claimed. Independent claims are included for: (1) a composition comprising the globin and/or globin protomer and/or the extracellular hemoglobin and the organ preservation solution (2) a process for preserving the organ or tissue or cells of organ or tissue, preferably organ, comprising rinsing the organ or tissue previously collected, at a temperature of 4-37[deg] C, preferably 4[deg] C, with the composition, and preserving of the organ or tissue by static or dynamic perfusion at a temperature of 4-37[deg] C, preferably 4[deg] C, for a determined time, according to the organ or tissue, in the composition (3) a process for culturing the organ cells or tissue cells from the organs of vertebrates, comprising culturing the cells, previously collected from vertebrate, at a temperature of 4-37[deg] C, preferably 37[deg] C, for a specified period, depending on the cells, in the composition, and collecting the cells by washing and lysis of the cell mat and (4) a process for culturing the organ cells or tissue cells from invertebrates, comprising collecting the cells of invertebrate, culturing at a temperature of 4-37[deg] C, preferably 4[deg] C, for a fixed time, depending on the cells in the composition, and collecting the cells by washing and lysis of the cell mat.
