An endoscope device is disclosed. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the endoscope device comprises: a heating source configured to heat a diagnosis target tissue a cooling source configured to cool the diagnosis target tissue a detecting unit configured to measure a temperature of the diagnosis target tissue and an image processing unit configured to obtain a first value which means a temperature change amount of the diagnosis target tissue, heated by the heating source, for a predetermined period of time based on a temperature value obtained from the detecting unit, obtain a second value which means a period of time from time when the first value is obtained to time when the heated diagnosis target tissue is cooled by the cooling source to become in a stabilization state, and generate an image for tumor diagnosis in the diagnosis target tissue based on the first value and the second value.
