Analysis of a goat serum product with many therapeutic effects is described. The product is identified as containing proopiomelanocortin (POMC) and Corticotropin releasing factor (CRF) peptides, as well as breakdown products of these peptides. We describe methods of treatment of diseases including cancers, multiple sclerosis, and neural disorders using these peptides and their products, as well as medicaments including such peptides and methods of producing the peptides.많은 치료효과를 갖는 염소 혈장 생성물의 분석결과가 기재되었다. 상기 생성물은 프로오피오멜라노콜틴(POMC) 및 콜티코트로핀 방출인자(CRF) 펩티드들뿐만 아니라, 이들 펩티드들의 분해 생성물을 포함하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 우리는 암, 다발성 경화증 및 신경 장애를 포함하는 장애에 대하여 상기 펩티드 및 그들의 생성물을 사용하여 치료하는 방법에 대하여 기재하였을 뿐 아니라, 그러한 펩티드를 함유하는 약제들 및 그러한 펩티드를 생산하는 방법에 대해서도 기재하였다.
