[Problem] To provide an endoscope overtube whereby a procedure using an endoscope can be smoothly performed. [Solution] An endoscope overtube 1 for guiding an endoscope 6 provided with a deflecting function. The present invention has: a tube 2 provided with a side port 2c which is formed from inside to outside of the side wall of a distal-end part and which causes the distal-end part of the endoscope to advance laterally； and a guide member 3, the base end of which is pivotally supported by the distal-end part of the tube so as to be able to rotate, so as to assume a closed orientation (first orientation) in which the tip of the guide member 3 is directed toward the proximal end of the tube so as to block the side port, and the tip is arranged substantially along a side part of the distal-end part of the tube, and an open orientation (second orientation) in which the tip is arranged so as to be separated outward, the guide member 3 being provided with a guide surface for guiding the distal-end part of the endoscope advanced laterally from the side port.
