PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fold a sheet member including a part in which elastic strain characteristics are mutually different in a direction in which the sheet member extends into a shape including outside triple folding as desired.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for manufacturing a component of an absorbent article from a sheet member S including a part in which elastic strain characteristics are mutually different in an extending direction.
