This device (2) comprises a first anchoring element (20) to be anchored in the soft tissues of the individual patient, a strip (10) for supporting the urethra, this first anchoring member being coupled to the tape according to a sliding connection allowing a bidirectional sliding of the first anchor member along the strip while generating interference between them a friction which prevents the sliding at least that a sufficient force is applied in order to overcome this interference of friction. The device also comprises a second anchoring element (30) coupled to the tape according to a fixed link. According to the invention, the strip is formed over its entire length of a knitted fabric (11) which form of a single piece, a middle part (10b) and of the first (10a) and second (10c) end portions of the strip. The median part is intended to extend transversely to the level of the urethra. The first and second end portions extend on either side of and in the extension of the median part, have a width (the, lc) and strictly less than the width (1 b) of the median part, and cooperate respectively with the first fixing member in order to form the sliding connection and with the second anchoring member in order to form the fixed connection.
