This invention discloses a tendon stretching structure using electromyography sensing for angle adjustment. According to the signal for human tendon detected by the electromyography circuit through electrodes and processed by the control circuit of the circuit module, the user can control the actuator to perform the corresponding pushing to the wheels and further push the tendon stretching plate to change the inclined angle, so as to perform the corresponding rehabilitation action on the human feet. The rehabilitant can know the tendon status during habilitation through a display to understand the rehabilitation progress in details.
