The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing feed for a pet by using protease, and the method comprises the following steps: a first step of inserting rice, oat, chicken powder, sorghum, barley, beet pulp, milk serum protein, salmon, cheese, egg powder, vitamin/mineral premix, and glycerin in a mixer and mixing the same; a second step of grinding the raw material mixture of rice, oat, chicken powder, sorghum, barley, beet pulp, milk serum protein, salmon, cheese, egg powder, vitamin/mineral premix, and glycerin into a size of 80 mesh and steaming the raw material at 85C for 65 seconds; a third step of molding and puffing the ground and steamed raw material mixture by extrusion at 120C and cutting the puffed raw material into a size of feed for pets; a fourth step of adding a palatability enhancer composition, manufactured by hydrolysis with protease as a protein decomposition enzyme, to the raw material in an uniform size to coat the raw material with the palatability enhancer composition after the puffing and cutting step; and a fifth step of making a moisture rate of the raw material in which the palatability enhancer composition has been added 7-11% or 18-20% by drying the raw material at a temperature of 20C for 30 minutes, cooling the dried dog feed, and packaging the dried dog feed. Accordingly, the method for manufacturing feed for a pet by using protease has an effect of increasing palatability by adding animal raw materials, hydrolyzed with protease, to the feed for pets and providing the feed with a certain moisture amount.본 발명은 단백질 분해효소를 활용한 애완동물 사료 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 그 제조방법은 쌀, 귀리, 계육분, 수수, 보리, 비트펄프, 유청단백, 연어, 치즈, 계란분말, 비타민/미네랄 프리믹스 및 글리세린을 배합기에 넣고 혼합하는 제 1 단계; 상기 쌀, 귀리, 계육분, 수수, 보리, 비트펄프, 유청단백, 연어, 치즈, 계란분말, 비타민/미네랄 프리믹스, 글리세린이 혼합된 원료를 80 mesh의 크기로 분쇄하고 85℃ 온도에서 65초 동안 증숙하는 제 2 단계; 상기 분쇄되어 증숙된 원료를 120℃ 온도에서 익스트루젼(Extrusion)하여 성형 및 팽화가 되도록 하고, 팽화된 원료를 애완동물의 사료크기로 절단하는 제 3 단계; 팽화 및 절단단계를 통해 일정 크기의 원료에 단백질분해효소인 프로테아제로 가수분해하여 제조된 기호성향상제 조성물을 첨가하여
