PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scope-assisted surgery excised object discharge device which has both functions of cut and collection of a lesion with an assist by a scope, is simple, light-weight, and compact, and improves low invasiveness, safety, reliability, operability, and efficiency.SOLUTION: In a scope-assisted surgery excised object discharge device 10, a cutting discharge processing part 60 includes: a bag 61 having an opening which can store an excised object, and is expanded and contracted into a closed state a shape memory band 80 encapsulated in the opening periphery and the body in a loop shape and expands the opening and a cutting wire 90 having plural loops, separated from a bag body in contraction, narrowed and cutting a lesion. By one-hand operation in a two-piece division operation part 20 on a proximal end, an operation can be performed which allows the cutting discharge processing part to be pressed out from a tip opening of an insertion tube part 50 to be expanded to cut into small pieces and collect the lesion, and pulled into the insertion tube in a contracted state to discharge the lesion outside a living body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 鏡視下で病巣部の分断・回収の機能を兼備し、簡潔、軽量、コンパクトで、低侵襲性、安全性、信頼性、操作性、効率性を向上させた鏡視下手術切除物排出デバイスを提供する。【解決手段】 本発明の鏡視下手術切除物排出デバイス10は、切除物を収容可能な開口部が展開及び閉塞状態に収縮するバッグ61と、バッグの開口部周囲内と胴体内にループ状に封入され、開口部を展開する形状記憶バンド80と、収縮時にバッグ胴体から分離し病巣部を絞断する複数ループのカッティングワイヤ90と、を備える分断排出処置部60が、挿入管部50の先端開口から押し出されることで展開して病巣部を細断・回収し挿入管部内に収縮状態で引込まれて生体外部に取出す操作を近位端の二分割型操作部20で片手操作を可能に構成した。【選択図】図1
