PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lip cosmetic which inhibits aggregation of an organic pigment during heating and melting, realizes color change inhibition to allow stable toning even if heat is applied during filling for a long time, and is also excellent in color persistence and smoothness during application.SOLUTION: The lip cosmetic contains the following components (A), (B) and (C): (A) 0.01-10 mass% of an organic pigment that is surface-treated with alkoxytitanium alkylate represented by the general formula (1) defined by (CHCOO)Ti(OCH)(where n represents an integer between 1 and 26 m represents an integer between 1 and 12 a and b each represent an integer between 1 and 3 and satisfy the relation of a+b=4 and the alkyl groups shown here are linear or branched chains that may have a single chain length or multiple chain lengths) (B) 0.1-30 mass% of silicone containing 0.1-50 mass% of nonionic hydrophilic groups in each molecule and (C) 1-95 mass% of an oil substance selected from among a higher alcohol and an ester oil being liquid at 25°C.
