PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trolley apparatus capable of supplying power to many peripheral devices for an endoscope, which vary power consumption values depending on a set value of a parameter, by restricting a maximum value of a power consumption value in use to an upper-limit power consumption value.SOLUTION: A power consumption calculation unit 61a in an insulation transformer 14 to which a plurality of peripheral devices for an endoscope, such as a video processor 21, are connected, calculates a total value of respective power consumption values of the connected devices. A calculation unit 61b sets a maximum value of a power consumption value of an electrosurgical knife device 23 in use to the upper limit power consumption value such that a difference obtained by subtracting the total value from the power supply capacity value of a power transformer 53 becomes positive. A control unit 61d restricts a change in a setup value of the parameter within a range of being equal to or less than the upper-limit power consumption value.
