The micro current controller comprises: a battery (110) which supplies power an operation switch (120) which turns on or off power and selects a mode a micro current generation unit (130) which generates a certain frequency to generate a micro current an electrode (140) through which a micro current is emitted based on the micro current generated by the micro current generation unit (130) a display unit (150) which displays a present state of a controller and a control unit (160) which, when the operation switch (120) turns on the power and selects the mode, performs control so that a micro current is generated in a condition set according to the mode selected by the micro current generation unit (130) and the generated micro current is emitted through the electrode (140).
