PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fundus image processing device which performs processing to identify the artery and the vein of a fundus image and determines an artery-vein diameter ratio by using the image where the artery and the vein are identified.SOLUTION: A fundus image processing device includes: hue conversion means (20, 30, 40) which convert a RGB value of a color fundus image into an L gradation hue value with respect to respective pixels of an extracted blood vessel region and obtain a hue conversion image artery-vein identification image generation means 60 which obtains an artery-vein identification image to which an artery-vein attribute is imparted on the basis of a hue value of the hue conversion image measurement range setting means 72 for setting a measurement range with respect to an artery-vein identification image attribute imparting mean 74 for imparting the artery-vein attribute to each measurement range on the basis of a pixel value of the artery-vein identification image within the measurement range blood flow range identification means 76 for identifying a range equivalent to the blood flow of each measurement range as a blood flow range with respect to a color fundus image and artery-vein diameter ratio calculation means 65 for calculating an artery-vein diameter ratio on the basis of the blood flow range identified by the artery measurement range and a blood flow range identified within the vein measurement range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】 眼底画像に対して動脈と静脈を識別する処理を実行し、動脈と静脈が識別された画像を用いて動静脈径比の判定を行う眼底画像処理装置を提供する。【解決手段】 抽出した血管領域の各画素に対して、カラー眼底画像のRGB値をL階調の色相値に変換し、色相変換画像を得る色相変換手段(20,30,40)と、色相変換画像の色相値に基づき、動脈・静脈の属性が付与された動静脈識別画像を得る動静脈識別画像生成手段60と、動静脈識別画像に対して計測範囲を設定する計測範囲設定手段72と、計測範囲内の動静脈識別画像の画素値に基づき、各計測範囲に動脈・静脈の属性を付与する属性付与手段74と、カラー眼底画像に対して各計測範囲の血流に相当する範囲を血流範囲として特定する血流範囲特定手段76と、動脈の計測範囲で特定された血流範囲と、静脈の計測範囲で特定された血流範囲とに基づき動静脈径比を算出する動静脈径比算出手段65を備える。【選択図】 図2
