An urine bag pant for containing an urine bag which has a bag and a catheter is disclosed. The urine bag pant includes a pant body, at least one container, a catheter fastener and a catheter adjusting unit. The pant body includes a waistband, a crotch and two pant legs. Each pant leg has a bottom. A crotch area is formed between the waistband and the crotch. A leg area is formed between the crotch and the bottom of each pant leg. The container includes an outer cloth. The outer cloth connected to one pant leg, and a containing space is formed between the outer cloth and the pant leg for containing the bag. The catheter fastener is located on one of the pant legs and on the leg area, for fastening the catheter.
