The present invention relates to a medical connector. The medical connector according to the present invention comprises: a housing where an inlet and an outlet are formed to be communicated each other； a flexible member installed inside the housing and including one end part and the other hollow end part, wherein one end part has a slit in which a tip of a syringe is inserted, and is exposed outwardly by being inserted to the inlet, and the other hollow end part is elongated along a lengthwise direction of the housing from the one end part； and a filter member disposed between the flexible member and the outlet of the housing.본 발명에 따른 의료용 연결기는, 입구 및 출구가 연통되게 형성되는 하우징과, 하우징의 내부에 설치되고, 입구에 삽입되어 외부로 노출되며 주사기의 팁이 삽입되는 슬릿을 갖는 일단부 및 일단부로부터 하우징의 길이방향을 따라 연장되는 중공의 타단부를 갖는 유연성 부재와, 유연성 부재와 하우징의 출구 사이에 배치되는 필터 부재를 포함할 수 있다.
