The proposed technical solution refers to the technological equipment intended for cutting vegetables and fruits, and can be used in the food industry and in agriculture. Moreover, the lower part of the supporting structure is equipped with a lever arrangement including a support frame on which the main bearing shaft is fixed with a lever sleeve fixed on it, which ensures the rotation of the lever in the horizontal plane. At the end of the long lever arm is installed a handle, and in the fixed cheek of the clamping vice are made horizontal slots, one of which is slidably inserted a knife, fixed in the bearing on the short arm of the lever. Thus, a device for removing cabbage cabbage stems is achieved by increasing the productivity of cabbage cabbage with carved cabbage leaves, reducing energy and labor resources.
