Die Erfindung betrifft die Verwendung von Verbindungen der Formel (I), worin R1, R2, m und n die in den Ansprüchen angegebenen Bedeutungen aufweisen, und/oder ihre physiologisch unbedenklichen Salze, Tautomere, Stereoisomere und/oder Solvate, einschließlich deren Mischungen in allen Verhältnissen, zur Hemmung von Tyrosinase sowie zur Aufhellung von Haut. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist auch die Verwendung der Verbindungen der Formel (I) in der Prophylaxe, Therapie oder Verlaufskontrolle von Pigmentstörungen der Haut.
