Exemplary IOL optics may include an aspherical refractive profile imposed on the first or second lens surface and a diffractive profile imposed on the first or second lens surface. An aspherical refractive profile can focus light toward a far focal point. The diffraction profile may include a central region that distributes a first percentage of light toward a far focal point and a second percentage of light toward a medium focal point.
