PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonwoven fabric further having an over-all puffy feeling in spite of having high breaking strength, hardly caught by the skin and having a further improved skin touch feeling.SOLUTION: The nonwoven fabric 1 includes a fiber assembly 11 in which filaments 2 are fixed by thermally fused parts 3. The nonwoven fabric 1 includes napped fibers 20 in which only one end part 20a is fixed by the thermally fused part 3, and the other end part side becomes a free end part 20b.
