PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood flow measurement device in which a subject suffers a small burden and which is difficult to be influenced by disturbances.SOLUTION: A reflection holder 4 is formed as a part of an elliptic body. A microwave doppler sensor 8 is provided at one focal point F1 of the elliptic body, while a blood flow for the measurement is arranged at the other focal point F2. The inner surface of the reflection holder 4 is aluminized 6. Accordingly there is no risk for the reflection holder 4 to receive reflected waves (noise) from other moving substances than the blood flow.
