PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for filling a syringe are provided to safely and quickly load an injection to an injector and to improve efficiency for charging the injection to a syringe. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for filling a syringe(101) comprises a storage tank(110), an injector(133), a feeding tube(115), and a first sound pressure generating member(131). The storage tank stores an injection. The injector injects the injection to a syringe(160). The feeding tube connects the storage tank and the injector. The first sound pressure generating member is installed in the injector and draws in fluid in the syringe.본 발명의 일 측면에 따른 주사기 충진 장치는 주사액이 저장된 저장 탱크와, 상기 주사액을 주사기에 주입하는 토출기와, 상기 저장 탱크와 상기 토출기를 연결하는 공급관, 및 상기 토출기에 설치되며 상기 주사기 내부의 공기를 흡입하는 제1 음압 형성부재를 포함한다.
