PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sustained release implant for treating elevated intraocular pressure.SOLUTION: The sustained release implant for intraocular use is configured for intracameral or vitreal administration to a patient with elevated intraocular pressure (IOP), and comprises a core of an antihypertensive agent surrounded by a polymer which limits the rate of passage of the antihypertensive agent from the implant into the eye of the patient, and the implant provides a linear rate of release of therapeutically effective amounts of the anti-hypertensive agent into the eye for a period of 12 to 365 days.【課題】高眼圧を治療するための徐放性インプラントの提供。【解決手段】高眼圧（ＩＯＰ）患者の前房内または硝子体内投与用に構成され、インプラントから前記患者の眼内への降圧剤の通過速度を制限するポリマーによって囲繞された降圧剤の芯部を含み、前記インプラントは、１２日間～３６５日間にわたって治療有効量の前記降圧剤の眼内への線形放出速度をもたらす眼内用徐放性インプラント。【選択図】図３
