PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition, preferably, a cosmetic composition that can effectively cover or conceal the defect of a skin and can provide a desired cosmetic effect, for example, a good fit feeling.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to, in a physiologically acceptable medium, the composition comprising: (a) at least one paste-like substance having 1000 or more of the molecular weight and less than 50°C melting point (b) at least one silicone elastomer, preferably a non-emulsifying silicone elastomer, and preferably (c) at least one pigment, wherein (a) the amount of the paste-like substance is more than 1.0 mass% relative to the total weight of the composition. The present invention can well cover or conceal the defect of the skin and can provide the desired cosmetic effect, for example, the good fit feeling.
