Die Erfindung betrifft einen Kniegelenksersatz mit einer Femurkomponente (1) und einer Tibiakomponente (2), jeweils mit einer das Gelenk bildenden Vorderseite und einer knochenzugewandten Rückseite (4) und mit einem Polyethylen(PE)-Liner (3).
