PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems involved in fulvic acid/pyroligneous acid that the deodorant and antibacterial effects of which alone terminate soon without persistence and that, when fulvic acid/pyroligneous acid dries completely, its effect cannot be exhibited because, in order for fulvic acid to exhibit its effect, water for elution thereof is necessary.SOLUTION: High temperature processed charcoal is impregnated with fulvic acid/pyroligneous acid to take in the same into the stomata, which can improve a slow-acting property (persistence) of the fulvic acid effect and also the deodorant and antibacterial effects of both fulvic acid and charcoal, as are actually confirmed by antibacterial tests and delayed action tests using fulvic acid-impregnated charcoal. To test necessity of water for elution of fulvic acid in order to obtain an antibacterial effect of fulvic acid-impregnated charcoal, prepared by impregnating charcoal with fulvic acid/pyroligneous acid and subsequent drying, water absorption test of the fulvic acid-impregnated charcoal is conducted to find that water absorption thereof has increased than that of the charcoal alone. From the above experiments, the fulvic acid-impregnated charcoal has antibacterial effect and a slow-acting property (persistence) and increases water absorption which is important to obtain the fulvic acid effect.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】フルボ酸木酢液単体では、消臭・抗菌効果やフルボ酸効果はすぐに途切れて持続性は長くありません。それと、フルボ酸木酢液が完全に乾燥してしまうと効果が出ません。フルボ酸の効果を出すためには、溶出させるための水分が必要です。【解決手段】高温処理炭にフルボ酸木酢液を含浸させ気孔に取り込み、フルボ酸効果の遅効性(持続性)と互いに持つ消臭・抗菌効果を高め合うことができました。実際にフルボ酸炭を使って、抗菌実験と遅効性実験を行ってみました。フルボ酸木酢液を含浸させ乾燥させた炭(フルボ酸炭)の抗菌効果を出すためには、炭からフルボ酸を溶出させるための水分が欲しいので、フルボ酸炭の吸水性実験を行ってみました。その結果、炭単独よりも吸水性が増すことが分かりました。上記両実験で、フルボ酸炭は抗菌効果、遅効性(持続性)があることと吸水性が増すことが分かりました。これはフルボ酸効果を出すために重要です。【選択図】図1
