PURPOSE: A cartridge structure of a disposable artificial crystalline-lens injection apparatus is provided to facilitate a cataract surgery by being integrated into a cylinder into which a plunger is slid. CONSTITUTION: A cartridge with a fixing plate(134) and a rotating plate(132) is combined with a cylinder. A slide hole is formed to pass from one end to another end of the cylinder. A protrusion is formed at another end of the cylinder. A combining plate and side combining plates is formed on the upper side of the protrusion. A combining part is formed between the combining plate and the side combining plates.내부로 플런저가 슬라이딩되는 실린더에 인공수정체가 안착되는 카트리지를 일체화함으로써, 백내장 수술 중 인공수정체가 안착된 카트리지를 실린더에 결합하는 번거로움을 방지하여 수술의 빠른 진행을 유도할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 카트리지와 실린더를 별도로 구매하는 폐단을 막을 수 있는 카트리지가 일체화된 일회용 인공수정체 주입장치가 개시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따른 주입장치는, 실린더와； 통상의 인공수정체가 안치되고 실린더에 결합되는 카트리지； 및 실린더 내부를 관통하면서 카트리지에 안치된 인공수정체를 환자에게 주입시키는 플런저를 포함하고, 또 상호 접이 가능한 고정안치대와 선회안치대의 제1 및 제2 가이드홈의 바깥 끝단부에 제1 및 제2 재치구가 오목 형성하여, 상기 인공수정체 주입 시 상기 인공수정체가 뒤집히는 것을 방지함과 더불어, 길이방향으로의 이동을 용이하게 가이드할 수 있도록 상기 인공수정체의 광학부의 외곽이 걸쳐지는 상태에서 백내장 수술과 같은 안과 수술시 인공수정체가 안정되게 정확히 수납할 수 있도록 가이드 이동될 수 있도록 하였다.
