PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly-practical frequency modulation CARS measurement device by solving problems of miniaturization of the frequency modulation CARS measurement device, temporal stability and cost reduction.SOLUTION: In a CARS measurement device including an optical parametric oscillator having an unchanged emission position of signal light and idler light following frequency change, signal light and idler light of optical parametric oscillation are used for excitation two wavelengths, and a difference frequency between signal light and idler light is modulated, and an intensity modulation component of CARS light is measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
