The present invention relates to a food composition for suppressing an anticancer drug resistance or a stress hormone related disease which contains rare ginsenoside CSH1 (Rg6) as an active ingredient. CSH1 (Rg6) promotes binding of BRCA1 and Rad51, Induced γ-tubulin expression and inhibited the resistance to taxol in cancer cells.
